Located on Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, Texas, Coupés has been recognized by the Bureau du Champagne as one of the top bars and restaurants in the United States.
A sophisticated palette of warm walnut, rich peacock blue, and soft champagne pink is layered with tactile plaster and luminous marble, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and inviting. Elegant yet approachable, Coupés is designed for lingering over champagne - whether for a romantic date night, a celebratory evening, or a night out with friends.
Born from a love of champagne, Coupés began with a clear vision for a sophisticated and inviting space. The owners partnered with a local restaurant design firm to establish the initial concept, then brought Autumn Cooper Interiors on board to refine the vision and bring every detail to life.
From furniture, art, decor, to materials and custom details, each selection was thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive, elevated experience. Working closely with the clients, vendors, and BGA Construction, Autumn Cooper Interiors guided the project through its final stages ensuring every element came together seamlessly and the finished space truly sparkled.
We collaborated with local Texas fabricators to transform custom-designed elements created specifically for Coupes into distinctive design features. Unlacquered brass door handles, shaped in the Coupes logo, complement a custom laser-cut brass medallion inlaid into the marble floor at the entry.
Art Collector
Over the course of his life, the owner thoughtfully collected vintage posters, rare finds, and champagne-inspired artwork, creating a remarkable personal archive. Autumn Cooper Interiors curated selections from this collection and thoughtfully placed them throughout the space, weaving together a visual narrative that celebrates the history, culture, and timeless allure of champagne.
