Modestly Mod
Real estate investment design is a different kind of challenge than designing for a homeowner. With a tight timeline, a defined budget, and an unknown future client in mind, every design decision needs to be both intentional and strategic.
For this project, the investor recognized the home’s strong mid-century curb appeal and wanted to bring that same sense of character into the dated 1980s interior. Autumn Cooper Interiors introduced mid-century and modern-inspired elements throughout the home, creating a fresh, cohesive aesthetic designed to complement the architecture while appealing to buyers who appreciate the era’s distinctive style.
The goal was to make thoughtful space planning updates, design choices that elevated the home, maximized its potential, and created a memorable first impression—all while staying within the realities of an investment project.
